We grow three varieties of full sized eggplant. Sold in 1 pound increments (about 2 eggplants per pound)
Traditional: Standard dark skinned eggplant.
Rosa Bianca: Mottled light purple and white skinned. Flesh is slightly creamier and milder flavor.
Paloma: Striking white skinned eggplant. Creamier texture, mild and slightly sweet flesh.
